The products we sell are subject to availability. While we try to maintain availability of our products at all times, there are many factors that may cause an item to go out of stock. We are constantly updating our web site to reflect the current availability of our products. No guarantee of availability is given until purchase has been concluded.

Condition

We stand by the items we sell. Should you have any problems with any item purchased at High Content Games, just contact us, and we'll make sure things are set right. If a game has missing or damaged game components, please contact the game's publisher first. They are generally very helpful and willing to resolve any production problems. To find their contact information, please visit their website, which is normally found in the game's printed rules. If the publisher is unable or unwilling to help you, then please feel free to contact us.

Some DOs and DON'Ts when writing reviews:

DO:

• Focus your review on the educational benefits and the playability of the game.
• Tell us whether you like or dislike the game, and why.
• Tell us how you used the game (fun, school, groups, family, etc.)
• Feel free to mention other games that share similarities to this one, and to draw comparisons to them.
• Post in English, please. We are not equipped to translate at this time.

DON'T:

• Use foul or otherwise offensive language.
• Make spiteful remarks.
• Post Email addresses, URLs, phone numbers or other personal information.
• Post competitor's prices, availability, or sources.
• Submit reviews from other sources or include passages from other sources which would violate the copyrights of others.
• Submit multiple reviews of the same game.

You may include simple HTML in your review but it is subject to review and removal if the editor concludes it interferes with the page formatting. The editors may alter reviews to comply with our policies, but only if the edits in no way change the perceived intent of the reviewer.

Designers, publishers, distributors, and others directly involved in the production or sale or marketing of a particular game are not eligible to submit reviews of their own games. We do encourage game designers and publishers to submit commentaries about their games to our editorial desk. These submissions will be considered for conversion to Lesson Plans, Unit Studies or Articles.

If you would like to make a revision to a review you've already submitted, please write to our editorial desk and we will be happy to append or adjust your original review.

Any abuse of the review system is unfair to everyone -- all submissions from any such individuals will be removed.

By submitting a review, you grant High Content Games a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right to display that review on their website or promotional materials. You grant High Content Games the right to use the name that you submit in connection with your content. You grant High Content Games the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any content you submit.

Payment Information

High Content Games will accept payment in the form of a personal or business check, a money order, a purchase order, a PayPal transaction, or a credit card.

Orders will be processed upon clearance of checks or money order. Purchase orders are processed upon reciept.

Credit Cards are processed on-line through PayPal. High Content Games does not recieve or retain customer credit card numbers. When purchasing by Credit Card or a PayPal account, the customer will be transferred to the PayPal website, who maintains security and responsibility for customer's financial information. After completing that transaction, the customer should return to the High Content Games website to finalize the order.

Safe Shopping Guarantee

Your security and privacy are of utmost importance to us. When you place an online order with High Content Games Games, our secure server software encrypts the information you submit, ensuring that Internet transactions stay private and protected. Your personal information cannot be read as it travels to our ordering system.

Privacy Pledge

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our web site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address and phone number. We use this information only to process your order and to keep you updated on your order. We will never sell, trade or give away your information. Everything you submit remains private and confidential. We will not send you unsolicited email or direct mail.

Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated directly from the USPS or UPS systems using weight and destination. Shipping weights are figured based on the listed weight for each item plus 1/3 lb for shipping materials. All packages will be shipped from the 60510 zip code via UPS Ground or USPS, to be specified by the customer at the time the order is placed.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

International and Military APO/FPO shipping is only available through USPS.

Returns
We will accept a return for any item within 15 days of your receipt of the order. We can only accept returns on items which are in their original condition. Original condition means that the game cannot have been played and all parts must be in the same condition as when they game was received, including the shrinkwrap. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. Holiday gift item returns/exchanges will be accepted until January 15th, subject to the conditions as stated.

When sending an item back, please include:

• Packing slip (or a legible copy)
• Reason for your return
• Please use cushioning packing material in a sturdy carton so that the contents will be protected from damage. For your protection, please use FedEx, UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your shipment.

Processing Time

High Content Games is primarily a high volume, project oriented shipper. Such orders are delivered under the terms and conditions agreed upon with each individual project.

Individual orders are accepted and encouraged. However, processing time is longer due to warehousing requirements. Processing time will vary anywhere from two days to two weeks. Notification of processing time will be made at the time the order is placed.

Trademark and Copyright Disclaimer

Trademarked company and game names appear throughout this web site. Rather than list the company names and entities that own the marks and/or insert a trademark symbol with each mention of each name, High Content Games states that the use of these names is for editorial purposes only and to the benefit of the trademark owner with no intention of infringing upon their mark.
